The staff were very kind and accommodating lot of time. The single room was elegant and cheap, with central heating, a work desk, and a TV. A bidet in the clean bathroom was super awesome. In general the service was GOOD.
The staff - some of them were rather indifferent.

Cozy hotel, away from crowds of tourists and at the same time within walking distance of the historic center. Friendly staff. Beautiful patio. The room has a fumigator and mosquito records. It is good value comparing to other similar options. The availability of a private bathroom! That's just a huge fat plus.
There is no hair dryer in the bathroom, it is very uncomfortable for those who travel by car. No glasses, I had to go and ask... Very low water pressure, hearing is catastrophically strong, you can hear everything: how someone snores behind the wall or just talking. That's honestly in the way. There is no elevator in the house, it must be taken into account by those who have heavy large suitcases.

There was no AC, but I should have considered that before I booked. There was a heat wave rolling through at the time.

What stands out, both good and bad
The staff showcased really good hospitality! Accommodating various requests and providing invaluable city insights. My room boasted an inviting attic ambiance with personal terrace space!
Expect a lengthy stroll to city attractions! Noise can emanate from neighboring rooms, and shared bathrooms add slight inconvenience!
